David
J. Miller, President

David moved to Green Hills along with his family in
1994. The Miller family chose Chesterbrook because of the open space
and the many opportunities offered the children in a planned
community. Recently, David served as an appointed member of the
working group formed by the Tredyffrin Township Planning Commission
in its community-wide effort to reach consensus on the development
of the athletic fields next to Valley Forge Middle School. David
currently serves as Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 181 and as Vice
Chair of the Philabundance Board of Directors.
David has 23 years of business experience. He
is currently serving on the advisory board of a start-up software
company. Most recently he was President and CEO of Kemper Auto and
Home Insurance (KAH), a joint venture between David and Kemper,
which sells auto and homeowner’s insurance via direct response and
the Internet. In three years, he built KAH into a $76MM insurance
company with 220 employees. By 2000, KAH was one of the largest
sellers of auto insurance on the internet. Prior to Kemper, David
was COO of Providian Direct Insurance where he was responsible for
over $800MM in revenue over $110MM in profit and 1,800 employees.
David began his insurance career with Progressive Insurance where he
held various positions over his seven-year career including Division
Controller, Senior Product Manager and National Customer Manager.
Additionally, he worked for IBM as a Systems Engineer and Touche
Ross as a consultant. David has a BSEE in electrical engineering
from Duke University and a MBA from The Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania.
R. Ryan DeCurtis, Vice President

Ryan has been a resident of Chesterbrook for over 25
years. He was the first baby born in Chesterbrook and grew up in
Green Hills where he lived with his parents, Susan and Robert
DeCurtis. Ryan presently resides in Springdell Village in his own
home that he purchased 3 years ago.
Over a period of 5 years Ryan worked his way to COO
for a local Internet Service Provider located in the King of Prussia
area known as FishNet to dialup subscribers. Ryan took
responsibility for overall operations and restructured many
financial and operational processes that in turn allowed the company
to reduce their debt ratio giving them the opportunity to remain
competitive in the technology sector during the Internet boom. Many
of the customer relationships Ryan maintained were with the
Philadelphia Eagles, Smooth Jazz WJJZ, WOGL Oldies 98.1, ECHL (East
Coast Hockey League), Mercy Health Systems, and many other high
profile clients in the region.
Ryan currently works for IKON Office Solutions
managing a team of technical specialists who implement, monitor,
maintain and support IKON’s online global commerce web presence that
is responsible for transacting millions of dollars worth of revenue
for the company. Ryan was responsible for developing many of the
supporting processes for IKON’s System Development Life Cycle that
is used for the design, development, Q/A, and Support of web
commerce environments. He has worked with IKON for over 4 years.
Nigel
F. Jones, PhD Treasurer

Nigel has been the Treasurer of the Chesterbrook
Civic Association since 2003. He has lived in Chesterbrook since
1999, when he moved with his wife, from England to take up a
position with a major pharmaceutical company.
Nigel has a doctorate in Chemistry and has worked in
the pharmaceutical industry for 22 years. During this time he has
held positions in new product development, manufacturing and
strategy. His jobs have enabled him to travel to many parts of the
world, including Japan and most European countries.
Outside work, Nigel's leisure interests include
golf, cooking, scuba diving, yoga and running.
Drew Sheinen, Secretary

Drew has been living in the Paddock for two years and was
born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He is currently a Project
Manager for Aetna where he has worked for 10 years. During his time
at Aetna, he founded the Aetna Volunteer Council for Southeastern PA
and has been very active in the community working with organizations
such as Eldernet of Lower Merion, Philadelphia Cares and the March
of Dimes. In addition, he chairs a holiday program annually that
provides clothing and toys to over 150 children in Norristown.
Gregg Matzner, Member at Large

Gregg is the Secretary of the CCA, and this is his second
year on the Board. He is a teacher of the gifted and talented in the
Upper Merion Area School District. Gregg and his family have lived
in Bradford Hills for two years, and love the walking trails and
natural beauty of the Valley Forge area.
