Location and Accessibility
Chesterbrook and the village of "The Quarters" is located in the rolling hills of the Main Line along the Route 202 / Route 422 / Interstate 76 corridor. It is easily accessible to Philadelphia via Septa's Regional Rail and/or Bus Lines or by car. We are 10 minutes from the Devon train station, 10 minutes from Exit 24 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and 10 minutes from the King of Prussia Mall, one of the largest retail malls in America. The Chesterbrook Village Shoppes are but several minutes away and include a grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaning establishment, beauty salons, banks, an art gallery, fitness center, medical and dental offices as well as a number of other businesses and several restaurants. Elementary and Middle Schools are located adjacent to Chesterbrook with High School but minutes away. All offer outstanding academic opportunities.

Living Space and Price Range
"The Quarters" offers three different models, the Lafayette (end units) and the Stirling and Wayne, interior units. End units have dens and formal dining rooms, inside units have dining rooms off of spacious living rooms. All have 2-1/2 baths and all but a few units have basements and those that do not have lofts. Recent prices range from the low $200,000's to $284,000 depending on location and size.

The Meaning of Townhome
As a townhouse community, the owner owns the plot on which his house stands and pays a monthly assessment fee (ours is $120 per month) that covers lawn and shrub care, snow removal and trash and recylables pickup twice a week. Owners maintain the exterior trim, the roof and the inside of the home and trees on their property. "The Quarters" is governed by a Board of Directors, a set of governing documents including By-Laws and Rules and Regulations and is managed by a professional community management company, PENCO Management, contracted by the Board.
